Fair Trade Wool and Recycled Silk Knit Scarves

$44.95

A very 21st Century take on an old school scarf.

New Zealand wool is handknit in a classic heavy cable stitch in solid color blocks, separated with recycled silk woven into the knitting for an incredibly eye catching effect. A thick fleece liner inside half the length (and full width) of the scarf is added to give that oh-so-soft feel against your skin and even more warmth against winter wind.

Made by a Fair Trade workshop in Nepal to ensure fair wages are paid, no prison, child or slave labor is involved, and a safe and healthy working environment is maintained. Imported by a member of the Fair Trade Federation.

Measures approximately 66" long by 7" wide, plus an additional 7" fringe on the length. Hand washable. Note that each one is handmade so colors will vary a bit in the silk portions from the sample shown.
