Playing With The Past 1000 Pc Puzzle

This 1000 piece puzzle is created through a collaboration between a young Black woman in Brooklyn, NYC and a Chicago based artist and muralist, Liz Flores.
Her work experiments with the ways in which the human condition - with its interplay between emotion and memory -can be represented abstractly. She engages everyday human experience and the female body by using shape, color and the human form as a mode of visual storytelling.
Not just a cool puzzle, each sale supports both a rising artist and a micro-company getting started in a very complicated retail environment - which is why for the first time in many years, I've broken my "not made in China" rule.
Mandi had a contract with a US puzzle manufacturer signed but when covid hit she was too small to get production from them and was forced to move production, for now, to China. Her goal is to move production to the US within the next 2 years.
Measures 26" x 19" when complete. Difficulty level - Intermediate
Made of recycled chipboard and non-toxic inks. Printed in China.
