Two Player Halma Checkers Set
Because when was the last time you played Halma Checkers with more than two people?
A far smaller price for a somewhat smaller board, but exactly the same game. Made of solid cherry wood from Maine, carefully sealed for a lifetime of use, laser engraved on the back with the rules, comes complete with two sets of 10 marbles in different colors (may be different colors from sample shown) and a cotton bag for storing the marbles between games if you don't want to leave it out for display.
What's "Halma Checkers" you ask? Turns out "Chinese Checkers" are not Chinese at all, but a German game based on an American game called Halma, which itself was based on an even older English game. The Chinese moniker was created as a marketing scheme by the American game company Pressman in 1928. So, there you go.
Board measures 12" long by 7.5" wide and 3/4" thick. Marbles are a choking hazard; not for children under 3 years old. Lifetime manufacturer warranty.
