Cape Dorset Flying Owl

Hand carved by master artists of the First Nation Inuit community of Cape Dorset, Nunavut, in the Northwest Passages of the arctic region of Canada, this owl is made of serpentinite or soapstone.

Each piece is completely one of a kind sculpture and comes with a certificate of authenticity including artist information. All First Nation work at Arcadia is purchased either directly or from artist co-operatives to insure that the artists profit directly.

Measures 4.25" tall by 3" long by 1.5" wide and weighs 1lb.
