Cape Dorset Walrus

Hand carved by master artists of the First Nation Inuit community of Cape Dorset, Nunavut, in the Northwest Passages of the arctic region of Canada, this walrus is made of serpentinite or soapstone, with carved caribou antler for tusks.

Each piece is completely one of a kind sculpture and comes with a certificate of authenticity including artist information. All First Nation work at Arcadia is purchased either directly or from artist co-operatives to insure that the artists profit directly.

Measures 4" long by 2" wide by 2" tall and weighs 1lb.
