Handmade Six Inch Chef's Cleavers from Cape Cod Cutlery

Handmade right here on the Cape, offered for the first time ever in a store in Provincetown - these are the real deal.

Made from hand ground, double tempered, high carbon stainless steel for just the right amount of strength vs stain resistance with custom carved hardwood handles that are made and assembled by the knifesmiths. Fred and Tom personally guarantee every inch of their work, which should last a lifetime.

Knife blade is beveled on the right side (for use by righties - lefties need left bezel), measures 6", handle is 4.5" for a total length of approximately 12.5", and weighs a substantial 11.5 ounces. Each blade is notched on the top by hand to add visual interest.

Special orders welcomed at no additional charge; any knife can be ordered with any wood handle, or combinations of wood as seen on any of the knives offered on the website or in the store (2 woods maximum per handle). Care instructions included with every purchase.
